Kyros Clinic · Longevity

Your body has been keeping score. You can read it.

Longevity medicine is not about age reversal. It is about reading the data early — ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, VO2 max — and acting on what the numbers say before they become diagnoses.

  2. Comprehensive thyroid and hormonal assessment

  3. VO2 max estimation and cardiovascular fitness evaluation

  4. Longitudinal biomarker tracking with doctor commentary at every retest

  5. Evidence-based preventive interventions: statin therapy, lifestyle modifications

ApoB

predicts cardiovascular risk better than LDL alone

Lp(a)

inherited risk factor present in 20% of the population

10+ years

biomarker changes precede cardiovascular events

How a Kyros longevity consultation works

  1. Complete a short intake.

Before your consultation, you fill in a brief symptom and history form. Your doctor reads it before the call — not during.

  2. Consult with a specialist.

Your Kyros doctor is a specialist in longevity. The consultation is 20 minutes, video-based, private.

  3. Receive a plan you can follow.

After the consultation: a prescription if indicated, lab orders if needed, a follow-up date, and a written note from your doctor.

  4. Track and adjust over time.

Labs, biomarkers, dosage changes, and doctor notes accumulate in one place. Your doctor adjusts the plan at every follow-up.

Common questions

Why is ApoB more important than LDL for cardiovascular risk?

LDL-C measures the cholesterol content of LDL particles. ApoB measures the number of atherogenic particles — each LDL, VLDL, and IDL particle carries one ApoB molecule. Particle number is a stronger predictor of cardiovascular risk than cholesterol mass. Many patients with 'normal' LDL have elevated ApoB.

What is Lp(a) and why should I test for it?

Lipoprotein(a) is a genetically determined atherogenic particle that standard lipid panels do not measure. Elevated Lp(a) is present in approximately 1 in 5 people and significantly increases cardiovascular risk. It is tested once — it is largely inherited and does not change with lifestyle.

Is Kyros's longevity programme just for older patients?

No. Preventive biomarker evaluation is most valuable in the 30s and 40s, when intervention options are broadest and the risk timeline is longest. The longevity programme at Kyros is designed for patients who want to understand their data now, not after an event.

The best time to read the chart is before it tells a story.
