1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others, such as analytics cookies, are optional, and we set them only if you agree. We never use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Cookies we use

Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you choose “Accept all” or turn Analytics on. Even then, Google Signals and ad personalisation stay switched off.
3. Measurement without cookies
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. Neither sets cookies or identifies you. They report totals, such as how many people visited a page.
4. Other storage in your browser
- Consultation request form: while you fill it in, your progress is kept in your browser's session storage, so a page refresh doesn't lose it. It stays on your device until you submit the form or close the tab.
- Bot protection on forms: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being submitted by a person.
- Embedded videos: videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. After that, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
5. Your choices
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing, and refusing optional cookies never affects your consultation or your care.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
