Kyros Clinic · Cardiovascular Health
Your father had his first heart attack at 52. Nobody ever asked what that means for you.
Blood pressure, cholesterol, and family history don't diagnose themselves. A Kyros doctor reads your cardiovascular risk factors together — and tells you plainly what your numbers mean for the years ahead.

What Kyros offers for cardiovascular health
Cardiovascular risk assessment using blood pressure, a full lipid panel, and — where indicated — ApoB and other advanced markers
Review of family history and lifestyle factors alongside your labs, not a single reading in isolation
Doctor-guided management of blood pressure and cholesterol under an existing prescription, including monitoring and adjustment
Coordination with related risk factors — weight, blood sugar, and thyroid — where they affect your cardiovascular picture
Clear guidance on when your symptoms need in-person emergency or cardiology care — telemedicine is not built for chest pain in progress
Longitudinal tracking of your risk markers with doctor commentary at every consultation
28.1%
of all deaths in India are attributable to cardiovascular disease (India State-Level Disease Burden Initiative, Lancet Global Health, 2018)
~10 years
earlier average age of first heart attack in Indian patients versus Western populations (Yusuf S, et al. INTERHEART Study, Lancet, 2004)

who reads your blood pressure, lipids, and history together — not in isolation
How a Kyros cardiovascular health consultation works
Complete a short intake.
Before your consultation, you fill in a brief symptom and history form. Your doctor reads it before the call — not during.
Consult with a specialist.
Your Kyros doctor is a specialist in cardiovascular health. The consultation is 20 minutes, video-based, private.
Receive a plan you can follow.
After the consultation: a prescription if indicated, lab orders if needed, a follow-up date, and a written note from your doctor.
Track and adjust over time.
Labs, biomarkers, dosage changes, and doctor notes accumulate in one place. Your doctor adjusts the plan at every follow-up.
Common questions
Can Kyros help if I'm having chest pain right now?
No. New or severe chest pain, shortness of breath, or any symptom that could indicate a heart attack needs immediate in-person emergency care — call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. Kyros is built for ongoing cardiovascular risk assessment and management, not acute emergencies.
What's the difference between a standard lipid panel and ApoB testing?
A standard lipid panel measures cholesterol carried in different particle types, including LDL. ApoB counts the actual number of cholesterol-carrying particles, which some doctors find more informative for risk in certain patients. Whether it's useful for you depends on your overall profile — your Kyros doctor will explain if and why it's indicated.
I already take medication for blood pressure or cholesterol — can a Kyros doctor take over my care?
Yes. Many patients come to Kyros already on blood pressure or cholesterol medication without a recent comprehensive review. We assess your current plan, order updated labs, and work with you on adjustments where indicated, with the same doctor following your trend over time.
Does a normal blood pressure reading at the doctor's office mean I'm not at risk?
Not necessarily. Some people have blood pressure that looks normal in a clinic but runs high elsewhere ('masked hypertension'), or the reverse. A doctor who looks at your pattern over time, sometimes with home monitoring, gets a more accurate picture than a single reading.
